About

Libby Rutledge started Mobile DNA Elements because she always wanted to have her own lab.

She has a passion for research and for helping others.

She earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at The University of Texas at Dallas, completed postdoctoral positions at Oregon Health  Sciences University in cell biology and University of Washington in gene therapy, and managed a core facility in real time PCR at University of Washington Diabetes Center.  She taught at Salish Kootenai College and Flathead Valley Community College in western Montana.

In 2019 Libby traveled to Tokyo, Japan, to receive training at Dr. Emoto's Office in the use of the Hado (Japanese for "frequency") instrument Kazutama.  In 2020 she received training to use the Astrea instrument and offers sessions to imprint custom water with these instruments.
